The construction of the KOSUSHI MIAMI Restaurant was one of my biggest challenges where I achieved great success.
I acted as Project Manager of this enterprise contracted by Sagewood Corporation.
It was a work full of technical challenges and it always prevailed meeting the established deadlines, strict control of the costs involved and with the maximum quality standard that resulted in a quiet, welcoming and relaxed environment to have the best gastronomic experience.
