I’m Eduardo Silingowschi, married to Jaqueline Silingowschi and father of three beautiful children.
I graduated Civil Engineer in 2007 at Centro Universitário Luterano de Palmas, in the city of Palmas, in the State of Tocantins in Brazil.

I completed the MBA in Project Execution and Control Structures and Fundamentals in 2015 at IPOG (Postgraduate Institute), Palmas, Brazil, which was founded in 2001 and occupies the 37th position in the ranking of Brazilian universities, making me an expert in execution and control of structures and foundation projects.
I have accumulated professional experience in precast fabrication and assembly, building block fabrication, in-plant concrete plant, high-strength flooring, earthworks, paving, drainage network, sewage network, water network and effluent treatment plant, Helix monitored pile foundations.
Proficiency in MS Office 2013, AutoCAD 2017, Solum – RM Systems and MS Project module.
I am a Civil Engineer with 09 years of experience in Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Highway Construction.
